Barbara Elizabeth “Bobby” Peach 75, of Nashville, passed away on August 16, 2024.
Funeral services were 1 PM Monday, August 19, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Rev. Alan Baggett officiated, with burial following in Hazel Cemetery in Bell Buckle.
The family received visitors 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, and again Monday from 11 a.m. until service time.
She was born on February 9, 1949, in Shelbyville, to the late Martha Jane Burks and Ernest Brooks Harrell.
A beacon of love and gentleness, Bobby will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Kevin, David, and Jack Harrell, and stepfather, Doyle Wilhoite.
Survivors include her devoted children, Debra (Ernest) Walker and Fred (Tabitha) Peach, Jr.; her caring siblings, Ron (Aurther) Harrell and Gail (James) Watkins; her adoring grandchildren, Brittany (Connor) Mitchell and Timothy Piercey; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Skylit and Holden Mitchell.
Bobby's warmth and kindness were the hallmarks of her character, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she touched. Her family will carry forward her legacy of love and compassion.
