Jack "Brother" Henry Martin, who was affectionately known as “Brother” to his family and friends, left this world too soon (Aug. 25) at the age of 21. He was a talented 3rd generation welder and fabricator. Co-owner of Martin and Son Welding, Jack worked side by side with his dad every day. Jack was a hard worker and did not quit until it was too dark to see, or the job was done. He was an avid reader and history buff, and never forgot anything he read. He loved tools, knives, and anything with a motor, especially motorcycles and trucks. Jack enjoyed collecting many things and working on challenging projects.
Preceding him in death were grandparents, Valton and Angie Martin, of Lewisburg, who he dearly loved.
Survivors include his parents, Keith and Tracy Martin, of Belfast, Tennessee; his sister, Sara Kate (Sam) Dotson, of Belfast, Tennessee; favorite aunt, Gail Stokes, of Petersburg, Glenda (Lee) Kraft, of Nashville, Karen (Chris) McNutt, of Lewisburg, and Kyle (Tracy) Martin, of Shelbyville; many cousins, and his devoted girlfriend, Makayla Hamlin, of Flintville, Tennessee. Also left to mourn his passing are loving companions, Dixie and Daisy.
He was joy to his family and will be dearly and forever more missed.
There will be no services at this time.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
