Private graveside services for Eddie Lee Nelson of Woodbury were held Feb. 27, 2024, at Smyrna Cemetery in McMinnville. Mr. Nelson died on Feb. 25, 2024.
Born Dec. 2, 1942, Eddie was the son of the late Claude E. Nelson and Veta Hazel Mason Nelson of Bell Buckle. He was preceded in death also by granddaughter, Keley Roller, of McMinnville.
Surviving are children: Jeannie (Tim) Jones of Bell Buckle, Tammie Baker of Shelbyville and Yvonnda (Alon) Hutchins of McMinnville; grandchildren, Nathan (Laura) Mangrum of Muscle Shoal, Ala., Amanda (Luke) Pike of Connersville, Brandy (Chris) Blackwell of Shelbyville, Ashely (John) Leach of Shelbyville; great-grandchildren, Gracie Mangrum, Nolan Mangrum, Brayden Blackwell, Alyssa Stephens and Maysee Leach.
