Toyna Sue Warren Chunn, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on August 14. She was 62 years old. Toyna was born on December 26, 1961, in Shelbyville to the late Maude Sheffield Warren and Charles Warren Sr.
Toyna is survived by her husband of 43 years, Keith; her children, Broderick (Ashanti) and Crystal; her grandchildren, Joshua, NaTasia, Mariah, Stenyelee, Ezequiel, Matthias, Esvanyelis, Lydia, and Genesis; her siblings, Jesse Warren, Carolyn Buckingham, Delbra (Jaimie) Gattica, Robert Warren, Terry Warren, Charlene Warren, and Lee Warren; sisters- in-law, Kawonna (Wayman) Lewis and Kathy McGee; brothers-in-law, Kenneth (Michelle) and Kevin, and brother-in-law and cousin, Benjamin Chunn. She is survived also by aunts, Euralene Sheffield and Frances Arnold, and a host of other family, both physical and spiritual.
Visitation for Toyna was held Wednesday, August 21, at Nelson & Sons Memorial Chapel, 824 Lipscomb St, Shelbyville, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Services were Thursday, August 22, at Bird Street Church of Christ, 428 Bird St., Shelbyville. Family visitation was at noon with the funeral to follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Services are in the care of Nelson & Sons Memorial Chapel.
